Better systems. A stronger team. Less time spent chasing leads, answering every question, and fixing problems that should never have reached you.
Brooks Business Systems helps established trades business owners build better systems for sales, operations, team accountability, and delegation.
For electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, landscaping, remodeling, and other trades businesses.
The jobs are getting done and the business is bringing in work, but you're still the person everyone turns to when something needs a decision.

New inquiries come in, but follow-up isn't always consistent unless you're watching it.

Your employees know their jobs, but too many decisions still need your approval.

The way things get done depends on who's working rather than a clear process everyone follows.

When something falls through the cracks, you're the one who steps in and fixes it.
Growing the business shouldn't mean creating a bigger job for yourself.
15 things to check if your business still depends too much on you.
Use this practical checklist to spot gaps in the systems behind your sales, operations, team, and day-to-day decision making.
Inside the checklist:
Lead handling and follow-up
Day-to-day operating processes
Team roles and accountability
Delegation and decision making
Owner dependency

Daniel spent years building and operating a residential electrical company.
As the company grew, so did the number of employees, customers, decisions, and problems competing for his attention. Hiring more people helped, but it didn't solve the underlying problem: too much of the business still depended on what the owner knew and did.
Daniel began documenting processes, clarifying responsibilities, and changing how the company handled leads, operations, and everyday decisions.
After eventually selling the business, he founded Brooks Business Systems to work with trades business owners facing the same problems.
"The goal isn't to remove yourself from your business. It's to stop being required for everything."
